Right of withdrawal
For eligible purchases, you have fourteen days after receipt to notify us of your decision at lumieresinterieuresbymarine@gmail.com, without giving a reason. You may use the model form below or send any unambiguous statement. After notification, the product must be shipped back within fourteen days.
Condition of returned products
Products must be returned complete and properly protected. A reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics may be charged.
Return costs
Direct return costs are paid by the customer, except in the event of a preparation error, damage or defect attributable to the seller.
Refund
The refund is made using the original payment method within the legal time limit, subject to receipt of the product or proof of shipment. Initial standard delivery costs are refunded as required by law.
Damaged or incorrect product
Contact us promptly with the order number and photographs of the parcel and product so that we can propose a solution.
