Order preparation

Products in stock are dispatched within 24 hours. Made-to-order creations are prepared within 48 to 72 hours to allow the necessary curing time. These preparation times are added to the carrier's transit time. Any additional time needed for a personalised creation is agreed before the order is confirmed. An email is sent when the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Delivery methods

Orders are shipped to pickup points with Mondial Relay or Chronopost, depending on the services available for the destination and parcel weight. You choose the carrier at checkout and then select your pickup point on the order confirmation page.

Delivery areas

Delivery is available to mainland France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland and Portugal. Austria is not currently served.

Rates and free delivery

Shipping costs depend on destination, carrier and total order weight. The exact amount is shown before payment. Pickup-point delivery is free from €50 in France, Belgium, Germany, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Portugal. This free-delivery offer does not apply to Ireland or Poland.

Free workshop pickup

Pickup is free at 248 rue de Florivoie, 88640 Granges-Aumontzey, by appointment only and after receiving the email confirming that the order is ready.

Tracking

When tracking is available, its link is sent by email after dispatch.

Incorrect address or unclaimed parcel

Please check your details before payment. If a parcel is returned because of an incomplete or incorrect address or because it was not collected within the carrier’s deadline, a new shipment may be offered after payment of the corresponding costs.

Damaged parcel

Please keep the packaging, take photographs of the parcel and products, then contact lumieresinterieuresbymarine@gmail.com promptly.
