2. Scope
These terms govern distance sales to consumers through the Lumières Intérieures by Marine store.
3. Products
Essential characteristics, instructions, prices and availability are stated on each product page. Handmade creations may have slight variations that are not defects.
4. Prices and VAT
Prices are in euros. The business benefits from the French VAT exemption scheme: VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. No VAT is charged. Shipping costs are shown before order confirmation.
5. Order and payment
An order becomes final after payment is validated. Confirmation is sent by email. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout.
6. Delivery
Delivery terms, destinations, carriers, prices and applicable times are stated in the Shipping policy and summarised before checkout.
7. Right of withdrawal
For eligible purchases, consumers generally have fourteen days from receipt to notify withdrawal and a further fourteen days to return the product. Direct return costs are borne by the consumer unless the product is defective or the seller made an error. Legal exceptions, including clearly personalised products, apply where relevant.
8. Legal guarantees
The customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee for hidden defects under applicable law.
9. Complaints and consumer mediation
Complaints should be sent to lumieresinterieuresbymarine@gmail.com. After a prior written complaint, the consumer may use the free consumer mediation scheme to which the business is affiliated, under applicable regulations. The mediator’s details will be published before sales open to the public.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable to them.
